Rocky Pacley was born in Erie
Pa a small city between the border of Cleveland OH, Buffalo NY, and
Pittsburgh PA. Some college and military back rounds being around

Sports was
something in which gave a chance too meet a lot of different people
using a boxing coming up the amateurs offered some insights on what
independence is all about. The fact sports played an important role
